Returns & Refunds


For returns, email us at and we will provide the return address and instructions. All items will be returned to a UK address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, with all of their tags and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where returns and refunds are not granted:
- Items with signs of use
- Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packaged so that it arrives us undamaged. The seller may refuse any return or refund if the returned garment does not meet any of the above criteria. 

Please note that you would be responsible to cover the shipping cost when returning items unless the items sent are damaged or incorrect. 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are looking to exchange an item, please do so by placing a new order.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, we would send you a refund within 14 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your returned item, which will be automatically credited to your original method of payment. For items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet and your refund has been approved, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. It may take some time before your refund is reflected as there is often some processing time depending on your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at

Damaged items 
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, send us an email at and we will contact the seller to replace the item for you. The seller will cover the shipping cost for returning the item.

To return your products, email us at and we will provide the return address and instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach us may vary. If you are returning an item, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service as we would not be responsible for any lost or missing items.
