Returns & Refunds
For returns, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the return address and instructions. Please note that you will be responsible to cover the shipping cost when returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be responsible for any lost or missing items that are sent back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are adequately packaged so that it arrives us undamaged. We may refuse any refund if the returned items do not meet any of these criteria:
- Items with signs of use,
- Items without tags attached,
- Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after you have received it,
All returns will be shipped to a UK address.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are looking to exchange an item, please do so by placing a new order.
Once we have received your returned item, we would send you a refund within 14 business days (excluding weekends), which will be automatically credited to your original method of payment. For items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), the item will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your shipping expense.
Late or missing refunds
If you have met all of the returned conditions above and still have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again as there is often some processing time with your bank before the refund is reflected on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at email@example.com.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
